/ How do I access the class replays?

When you become a member, you will be added to The Postpartum Membership Facebook group where all the class replays will be uploaded. You may access the replays anytime, as many times as you like, as long as you are a member.

/ Will I still have access to past replays if I cancel my membership?

No, once you cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to The Postpartum Membership Facebook group where the replays are uploaded.

​

/ How soon after birth can I join in for the Pilates classes?

It is best to get clearance from your obgyn when you go for your follow up checks post-birth.

 

The general recommendation is:

6 weeks (vaginal birth)

3 months (c-sect)

​

/ I gave birth more than a year ago, can I still join in?

Absolutely! Whether you’ve just had a baby or gave birth 5 years ago (or more!), you are most welcome to be part of the membership. #postpartumisforever

​

/ I’m not a mummy, can I still join in though?

Yes, you may!

While the classes will be structured primarily for postpartum recovery, they are designed to improve core stability, posture and gently strengthen our bodies from within which beneficial to everyone else, even if you aren’t a mama.

​

/ When are the live virtual classes conducted?

The dates and timings of the 4 live virtual classes will be announced one week before the start of the month through the members Facebook group.

​

/ What kind of equipment do I need for the classes?

All you need is an exercise mat. Any other props (if needed) would be optional, and would be items that you can easily find around your house (e.g. a chair).

​

/ Are the classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! The classes are tailored to suit newly postpartum mummies, including anyone who has not done Pilates before or has not exercised in awhile.

​

/ How about if I have done Pilates before? Would it be too easy for me?

The classes are designed to accommodate multi-levels, and progressions will be offered if you would like to take things up a notch.

 

The focus in Pilates is moving with control & intentionality, and you will feel the work in the right muscles when you do so.

/ Can I pause my membership?

Yes, you may cancel your membership anytime. However, kindly note that when you restart your membership, it will be at the prevailing price and previous promotional prices will no longer apply.

​

/ I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately not. Once payment has been made, cancellations due to change of mind will not be accepted. You may cancel your membership before the next billing cycle instead.

​

/ Can I join the membership mid-month?

The membership follows the calendar month and new members are added to the group on the 1st of each month.

 

If you would like to join mid-month, the full monthly membership fee will apply. You will enjoy immediate access to the members Facebook group which includes all past class replays. Kindly DM me on IG @your.mama.tribe for me to assist you.

/ Is it okay if I can’t join any of the live classes?

No worries! The membership is meant to be flexible, so if you can’t join in for the live classes, you can access the replays anytime instead.

​

/ Can I change my billing cycle from monthly to quarterly (and vice versa)? 

Yes, you may change your billing cycle before the 28th of the previous month. Kindly drop me a DM via Instagram @your.mama.tribe so that I can assist you.

/ Can I buy the membership for a friend who just gave birth?

For sure! This is a really thoughtful gift for any postpartum mama. Please drop me a DM and I will be happy to assist you.
