It has always been a dream of mine to combine my loves – Pilates aaaand eating! So immensely thankful that I managed to make this happen with my first ever Pilates & Breakfast session at The Social Space last weekend!

The space was perfect, up in the prettiest loft at The Social Space (Marina One) with the morning sun rays shining through the floor-to-ceiling windows. We started bright and early with a Pilates session and then headed downstairs to the cafe for a delicious, wholesome breakfast prepared by The Social Space. We had to keep the group cosy due to the small space in the loft, but that was a blessing too because I had the chance to chat with each individual participant. We had such a diverse group of ladies even in that small group, and I’m so thankful :’)

I’m really glad to have been able to partner The Social Space on my first ever session! Their strong socially-conscious mindset really attracted me, and it provided a great platform for us to chat about sustainability, reducing waste and exchange ideas on how we could make conscious living more accessible to each individual.

The tickets for this inaugural session sold out in the blink of an eye that I could hardly believe it myself! :’) There were even people on the waitlist, and I’m so, so encouraged! I promise that this won’t be the last!
